Divorce Mediation Chandler AZ | The Mediation Process

Hildebrand Law, PC has six conference rooms available for mediation. The parties will both meet with Chris in one conference room to discuss his role in mediation and some of the rules of mediation. After that brief meeting, Chris will separate the people into two different conference rooms to enable him to speak to each in confidence and to discuss ways to resolve the case.

Chris will then meet with the other spouse and discuss the issues with that person. Chris does not share what was discussed with the other spouse to ensure that each spouse can openly and freely discuss the issues with Chris. Chris will then go between conference rooms until a complete agreement is reached. As you can imagine, this process is much less costly and stressful than fighting it out in court.
